In this course, participants will explore the landscape of global food security; considering questions, such as “what is essential to guarantee food security” and “what factors pose challenges to it.” Discover the functionality, policy implications, and industry-wide ramifications of how technologies, including precision agriculture, traceability, and cellular agriculture, can serve as solutions to global food security challenges. By the end of this course, participants will be able to: Explain why global food security is a critical challenge. Recognize the technologies driving the solutions to the challenge.
